Yes! Homeowners and building owners pay nothing to submit a request or receive estimates. Our partnered contractors must provide you with a free estimate, but may charge you for an inspection depending on the scope and complexity of the job. Confirm any inspection fee with the contractor before booking.
How are contractors vetted?
Every contractor must be credentialed for the product they install, $1M+ liability insurance and up-to-date WSIB coverage (validated weekly). We will periodically Credit Check the business/owner to ensure financial stability for contractors who take on larger projects or deposits larger than $10,000. Finally we monitor reviews and feedback from customers to ensure ongoing quality.
How many quotes will I receive?
You'll receive up to three quotes from different contractors. This ensures you have options to compare without being overwhelmed. For simple repairs or low-demand areas, you may receive fewer quotes.
What if I'm not happy with the quotes?
You're under no obligation to hire any contractor. If the quotes don't meet your expectations, you can request additional ones or simply walk away.
Do you handle emergency repairs?
Yes. When submitting your request, indicate that you need urgent service. We'll prioritize matching you with contractors who can respond quickly.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve homeowners and businesses throughout Ontario. Much of northern Ontario has limited contractor availability, but we are continually expanding our network.
How can I get my roof measurement report?
When you submit a request for service, we will automatically generate a satellite imagery roof-measurement-report for the roofing contractors to use when preparing your estimate. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the full report to you directly as it contains proprietary data licensed from a third-party provider.
